At Azula by Ana K, we are a collective of independent artists that manage their own schedules, pricing, and policies. While we provide a collaborative and empowering space, each stylist has their own booking policies. Please check your stylist’s booking sit for their specific terms.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service total.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and require a new deposit to book again.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 50-100% of the service total.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

Clients who no-show without notice may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact your stylist within 72 hours so they can make necessary adjustments.
